TheChangeCompass’s Challenge

TheChangeCompass was requiring to embed Amazon Quicksight based embedded dashboard solution in the change management system product with user manager and cost efficient cloud adoption. 

• Data Privacy and Isolation: Ensuring strict segregation of each client’s data within TheChangeCompass analytics product, maintaining high standards of data privacy and security. 
• User Role Management: Implementing a reliable system for managing diverse user roles and access permissions, including admin, reader, and manager roles.
• Dynamic Dashboard Embedding: Embedding dynamic, interactive Amazon QuickSight dashboards into the product that accurately reflect real-time data changes.
• Serverless Architecture Integration: Designing and implementing serverless architecture-based microservices for seamless user registration to the Amazon QuickSight directory.

We utilized Amazon QuickSight for interactive dashboards, AWS Lambda for serverless microservices, Python for backend development, IAM for secure access management, and RDS to manage and connect database information to QuickSight.

TECHNOLOGIES USED

• Amazon QuickSight: Used for creating and embedding dynamic, interactive dashboards into TheChangeCompass product.
• AWS Lambda: Leveraged for running the serverless microservices, enabling the system to respond quickly to changes and user requests without the need for a traditional server infrastructure.
• Amazon API Gateway: Used to manage and route RESTful APIs for the serverless microservices.
• IAM (Identity and Access Management): Used for managing secure access to AWS services and resources, critical for managing user roles and data privacy.
• RDS (Relational Database Service): Utilized for setting up, operating, and scaling the relational database in AWS. It played a key role in managing and connecting data from the database to Amazon QuickSight.
